Our Coaching Process
Our coaching is penetrating and powerful, as we fully understand the dynamics of one-on-one learning. To most effectively assist our coaching clients, we suggest the following steps to ensure a profitable, quality process.
| A. Assessment Process |
Assessment of development areas and candidate’s readiness for change. This may include interviews, a 360 survey or other form of information gathering.

| B. Objective-Setting |
We develop a coaching plan that is tailored to the development areas, budget, schedule. |
| C. One-on-One Coaching Activities |
One-on-one coaching activities, which can be conducted at your facility or ours. Sessions can be scheduled in increments of two to four hours, or full days when out-of-town travel is involved.

| D. Assess Progress |
We may re-interview key stakeholders, and/or analyze achievement of benchmarks as set out during the initial objective setting. |
| E. Follow-Up or Maintenance Coaching |
We provide additional instruction and follow-up as indicated and desired.
For our corporate clients, we will typically report back to the organization on:
