Our Coaching Process

Our coaching is penetrating and powerful, as we fully understand the dynamics of one-on-one learning. To most effectively assist our coaching clients, we suggest the following steps to ensure a profitable, quality process.

A. Assessment Process

Assessment of development areas and candidate’s readiness for change. This may include interviews, a 360 survey or other form of information gathering.


B. Objective-Setting

We develop a coaching plan that is tailored to the development areas, budget, schedule.


C. One-on-One Coaching Activities

One-on-one coaching activities, which can be conducted at your facility or ours. Sessions can be scheduled in increments of two to four hours, or full days when out-of-town travel is involved.


D. Assess Progress

We may re-interview key stakeholders, and/or analyze achievement of benchmarks as set out during the initial objective setting.


E. Follow-Up or Maintenance Coaching

We provide additional instruction and follow-up as indicated and desired.

For our corporate clients, we will typically report back to the organization on:

Observations of the candidate’s progress, aptitude, and appetite for change
Recommended follow-up activities or additional coaching
How the organization or the manager can reward and reinforce desired growth

For our individual clients in transition, we evaluate our progress and how they can become self-sufficient in managing their own change process going forward.
