Executive Presence Packages
Our Executive Presence packages provide the benefits of both group learning and one-on-one coaching to accelerate an individual’s development. Our packages are especially beneficial for individuals who are newly promoted and want to strengthen their leadership style, as well as for those already in leadership positions where enhanced executive presence, impact, presentation ability and inspirational leadership style are essential.

We offer three Executive Presence packages which vary in scope and price based on the amount of coaching desired. Each includes enrollment in the Power of Your Presence, our signature 3-1/2 day small group workshop!
Focused Package – Targets one or two developmental objectives
Intermediate Package – To address several developmental areas
- Consultations with candidate and the sponsor
- Writen coaching plan
- Power of Your Presence Workshop
- 10 hours of coaching
- Follow–up interviews with stakeholders
- Debriefing consultation with sponsor
- Written progress report

Expanded Package – For a broader scope of development, with more customization and one–on–one coaching
- Consultations with candidate, the sponsor, and up to 6 stakeholders
- Debriefing with candidate regarding interviews, and writen coaching plan
- Power of Your Presence Workshop
- 14 hours of coaching
- Follow–up interviews with sponsors/stakeholders over course of the project
- Debriefing consultation with sponsor
- Written progress report with recommendations
- Package Price $15,500
Build–Your–Own Package – Comprehensive approach for expanded developmental activities in both group and one-on-one coaching sessions with our consultant.
