Beth Ellen Myers

Beth Myers joins the MMCo consulting team with a diverse and valuable skill set which includes training and development, international business, marketing and sales, healthcare and the life sciences. She brings more than two decades of experience as an award-winning senior leader in a global corporate setting, specializing in marketplace expansion. Beth has assisted entrepreneurs and small-to-midsize business owners to write and execute successful marketing and expansion plans. In larger companies, Beth has served in a leadership role in global expansion efforts, enterprise-wide change implementations and large-scale acquisitions.

As a key contributor to MMCo’s Women in Leadership Initiatives, Beth brings diverse experience as a trainer, executive coach and leadership mentor. She is a presenter at our Power of Your Presence, Executive Presence & You, and Building Your Business Savvy seminars. Beth is known for her coaching style which balances direct/actionable feedback with encouragement. Clients especially appreciate the immediate improvements they see after working with Beth on communication and presentation skills.

In her personal life, Beth is a credentialed adjudicator for marching band and color guard competitions. When not assisting clients, Beth lives out her values of “experiences over things” and “choose joy every day” through making special memories and planning travel adventures with her family and her significant other. She currently resides in vibrant Madison, Wisconsin.
