Robin Taylor

Robin Taylor has managed executive training and development projects for professional associations, educational organizations and consultants for over 25 years. She brings to MMCo client assignments a rich background in writing and the performing arts, which she applies to our Stage Presence & You Workshops and Coaching.  She has a talent for interpreting leadership training concepts to real-life applicability and dynamic workshop exercises. Robin is also a member of MMCo’s Interview Team for change and culture initiatives, executive coaching, and workshop design. She brings a wealth of experience in conducting employee surveys and focus groups across industries.

As one of our most seasoned Event Managers, Robin is also known for her ability to effectively plan and coordinate the many moving parts of complex events. As a former stage manager, she was one of the founders of Theatre II (Playhouse on the Square) in Memphis, Tennessee. She worked for Estelle Harman as showcase stage manager at the highly-regarded Actors Workshop (Hollywood), and served on the Board of the Creative Alliance of Pasadena (California). As an experienced conference speaker and panel moderator herself, Robin currently provides coaching and rehearsal preparation for MMCo’s clients who are presenting at meetings, conventions and all-hands corporate events – one of her favorite assignments!
