Christine Phipps is a health care professional with more than three decades of leadership experience in acute care, community, and academic medical centers. With a rich career beginning with nursing in the UK, cardiac surgery in the USA, and progressing to hospital leadership roles such as Director of Surgical Services, Christine is a highly-respected expert in improving operations, managing change, and increasing ease and excellence for all who work in health care environments.
Christine is a member of the design team for MMCo’s Recharge & Renewal® offerings tailored to the health care industry. She is a facilitator and subject matter expert for Avoiding Burnout and Managing Workplace Pressure Seminar for Health Care Professionals. Christine is known for her compassionate style, ability to collaborate with diverse individuals, and deep commitment to her profession. Clients value her ability to provide practical strategies that bring through excellence in times of change and pressure, at the organizational, team and individual level.
Christine received an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. She is a Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Nurse/Operating Room (CNOR) and Cardiovascular Operating Room Nurse (CVOR). Christine resides in Southern California.
In her spare time, Christine enjoys traveling with her husband to explore new destinations, and spending time with family and friends in the U.K.
