- Comprehensive Workbook: Extensive hard copy workbook and study materials
- Private Coaching: Six (6) phone or virtual sessions with your Coach over the next four months
- Group Follow-Ups: Two (2) half-day follow-ups mid-way through the 7D process (in-person or virtual) TBA (Tentatively set for March 16 and May 18 in either Rockville, MD or Arlington, VA)

Day parking is available at a special event rate of $12 for the day.
Please plan to arrive between 8:30 am and 8:45 am for Check-In.
Lunch, Shuttle and Nearby
The Homewood Suites has an in-house restaurant: Colony House Bar & Kitchen. You can place a lunch order during the 10:00 am break or take advantage of the many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel does offer a shuttle to nearby restaurants as well. Note: the Rosslyn Metro Station is 0.5-mile, Union Station 6.0 miles, Reagan National Airport 5 miles, Downtown Washington, D.C. 2 miles.
The Hotel has available beverages including coffee and snacks for purchase in the lobby. We will have water and a light snack available in the meeting room.

Business Casual attire is appropriate.
