This dynamic new small group workshop covers the essential topics and techniques from our signature Power of Your Presence Workshop – but in a schedule-friendly 2½-day open enrollment format!

Power of Your Presence – Essentials features an intensive learning environment, extensive content and application exercises, videotaping and individual coaching. After the workshop, each participant receives a 60-minute coaching session for follow-up and reinforcement. Presence Essentials provides participants with the perspectives and tools to enhance their presence, communication effectiveness, and ability to lead with positive impact — especially under pressure.

Workshop Features:

• 2½-Day Format (Tuesday morning through Thursday noon)
• Small group allows for individualized attention
• Pre- and post-workshop calls with each participant; optional calls with manager/sponsor
• Videotaped exercise during the workshop
• Post-workshop coaching session (60 minutes)

Please Note Our Cancellation Policy:

• Up to 31 days out: You may transfer your enrollment to another workshop session, minus a $100 re-registration fee. Or, you may transfer your seat for the class in which you are enrolled to another individual, minus a $100 re-registration fee.
• 30-16 days out: You may transfer your enrollment to another session, minus a 50% re-enrollment fee. Or, you may transfer your seat for the class in which you are enrolled to another individual, minus a $100 re-registration fee.
• 15 or fewer days out: You may transfer your seat to another individual for the class in which you are enrolled, minus a $100 re-registration fee. Otherwise, 100% of tuition is forfeited for failure to attend.

Important Note About Our Cancellation Policy:

To ensure the highest level of engagement during Power of Your Presence Essentials, we limit workshop group sizes. Every reserved seat is highly significant! Therefore, our Cancellation Policy will apply if for any reason you are unable to attend. To avoid possible penalty or forfeiture, we strongly encourage you to have a back-up plan in place for another individual to take your paid seat at the session for which you are registered. Or you may wish to consider our Fully Transferable Option, below.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise which make it impossible for you to attend the Power of Your Presence Essentials workshop for which you registered. We offer a one-time option to transfer to another workshop session with our Fully Transferable Tuition enhancement.
