Parking
Complimentary self-parking is available for our group. Please bring your license plate number with you when you stop at the front desk.
Shuttle
Ayres Hotel Costa Mesa/Newport Beach offers complimentary shuttle service to and from John Wayne Airport (SNA). Arrange for pickup by calling (714) 549-0300. Shuttle services begin at 5:15 am with the last pick-up appointment at 10:30 pm.
Hotel Reservations
Seminar participants are asked to book their own accommodations according to personal preference. Guest rooms at Ayres Hotel Costa Mesa/Newport Beach are available at our special group rate of $139 per night. To qualify, be sure to book by Monday, November 16, online at reservations.ayreshotels.com, or by calling (714) 549-0300. What is Included?

- MMCo will provide hot breakfast each morning in the Ayres Hotel’s Le Chateau Garden Bistro restaurant. Please pick up your vouchers at the front desk.
Ayres Hotel Costa Mesa/Newport Beach offers snacks and beverages for purchase at the Sundries Shop in the lobby. In addition to the on-site restaurant, there are nearby (walkable) restaurant options for lunch and dinner.
Attire
Business Casual attire is appropriate for this event.
Homework
There will be about one hour of homework each night.

Participant Pre- and Post-Seminar Calls
Pre/post calls are included as part of your seminar registration. One of our staff will contact you soon to set up your preliminary phone call.
Optional Manager/Sponsor Pre- and Post-Seminar Calls
If you purchased the manager pre/post calls as part of your package, one of our staff will contact you soon to coordinate a pre-call prior to the seminar.
Please Note Our Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 31 days out: You may transfer your enrollment to another seminar session, minus a $100 re-registration fee. Or, you may transfer your seat for the class in which you are enrolled to another individual, minus a $100 re-registration fee.
- 30-16 days out: You may transfer your enrollment to another session, minus a 50% re-enrollment fee. Or, you may transfer your seat for the class in which you are enrolled to another individual, minus a $100 re-registration fee.
- 15 or fewer days out: You may transfer your seat to another individual for the class in which you are enrolled, minus a $100 re-registration fee. Otherwise, 100% of tuition is forfeited for failure to attend.
